I have an XP960 and its the best print I have ever had . . . . .I recently replaced the inkpads (like today) as i received the warning. . . .All of a sudden I get the End of Life drama. I needed the printer urgent. . . .I went to another company an waste $40.00AU only yo fing their software couldnt find the printer. . .(panic Button time) So I did a search and found you guys. . . . . It was so easy. . . .It took all of 10mins and the old girl is runnin again. I do have a brand new XP970 sitting in a box in the room but while this one is going, I wont touch it Thanks guys I appreciate you so much Michael (Australia)

I bought a demonstration Epson Artisan 800 from Office Depot. The waste ink pads were "used up" after just a little use. Your reset software and the manuals for this series of printers. really saved the day. You provide a valuable service to Epson users. Thanks

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. I have a new Epson XP-102 and stopped printing with the error! Fantastic and very easy! WIC reset Utility does exactly as it says!!! Buy the key, and after few minutes the counter was reset! The best $9.99 I have ever spent This program saved me a lot of time and money! Thank you!
