Here You can buy no limits 2 bin files for making Epson WF-7820, WF-7840, WF-7845 chipless. This relates to Ink cartridges chips only. Waste Ink Chip can be resetted by Chip Resetter as usual.

There will be Video Guide included how to use this bin files. You must be a trained technician who knows how to work with reprogrammers. You will need to desolder two chips and reprogram them and then solder them back onto the printer board. After modifying the printer to a chipless version - your printer will be defined as L15150 or ET-16600 and will no longer ask for cartridge replacement.
