Hi John, I just want to thank you so much for the reset key and software. I paid you $9.99 to get those lights to stop flashing and it the software worked in a matter of minutes! Program is easy to use, with the additional manual for reference. It allowed me to correct a corrupted EEPROM in the printer. All the .prn files are missing, so setting up the printer/scanner and the final print check are not possible. If you only want to reset the ink pad counter then there are cheaper/ free program available. Would give it a GOOD rating if missing files were included.

Was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!! Please note that you DO need to redirect the waste ink or replace the waste ink pads or you may risk dealing with an over-spilled printer. A wise investment into this program. Thank you.
