Just wanted to write and THANK YOU for making such GREAT products.

I just reset my Epson 1430 printer. I\'m using it with bulk pigmented ink...and a custom color profile. I love it...and thanks to you I\'ll be able to get several more years out of it.

Didn't EPSON learn from you - now they are selling printers with build - in CISS So YOU should get monex from EPSON !!!!!!!! The best of course is resetting the counters Go on like this

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! Everything works good for resetting printers. I hope the developer would ad Epson WF-3620 too. I use wic reset utility whenever I do repair on printers. Hopeful that the developer would add my very own printer WF-3620 on the list. God bless to the maker and developers of wic reset utility
