You can run this program under Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 in compatibility mode. It is easy!

Lets get to know how to set it up.

To configure the compatibility mode for an application, just locate the installation directory and right click on the .exe file (program you want to run), selecting Properties from the menu.

Select the Compatibility tab:

Windows 7 compatibility mode

You can choose to run the program in Windows 98 compatibility mode.

FOR THIS PROGRAM please use the WINDOWS 98 compatibility mode!!!

Download the program and run in compatibility mode!

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. It works. Just purchased a one time counter reset license for my Epson L380. Immediately after payment with credit card (electronic version for web shopping) , I got the key number and used to reset the printer. Worked like a charm
