You can run this program under Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 in compatibility mode. It is easy!

Lets get to know how to set it up.

To configure the compatibility mode for an application, just locate the installation directory and right click on the .exe file (program you want to run), selecting Properties from the menu.

Select the Compatibility tab:


Windows 7 compatibility mode


You can choose to run the program in Windows 95, Windows 98 compatibility mode.

FOR THIS PROGRAM please use the WINDOWS 98 compatibility mode!!!

  Wow, I cannot believe that this actually worked. I had some issues when ordering the reset key, but i contacted the website via email and they immediately got back to me and sent me the key code. ran the program and the printer now works again. I had tryed the reset utility from epsons website, but it didnt work how it was supposed to, it would reset but when you would go to print it would go back to the flashing inkpad needs replaced. I will have to print for a while and see how long this actually works, but for now this has saved this printer from going into the trash. I am glad i stumbled across this program and the website. (used on Epson Artisan 800).

  Worked perfectly! Easy to use. Worth every penny. Saved me tons of time and money not having to bring my printer to a service center (3 hours away), and God only knows what they would have charged me. Fixed my printer in a couple minutes for about $10. Highly recommend!

  My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you!   Reset my Epson 1430 in a minute. Easy. Had looked around at buying a new printer but really had no time for that anyway. I do not have a waste tank but looking to get one of these soon too. Whew! glad this exists! I was afraid I was in a real pickle.
