I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Success! I installed a OctInkjet waste inkpad overflow and tried their reset to no avail - they furnished your link. Your reset fixed my RX690 Epson printer within minutes . Ink started to flow into the overflow immediately (just as well it was installed). I did apattern check-all six colours perfect. Thank you Brian

I replaced the waste ink tank and thought all was good until I received the dreadful message that ink pad was at the end of service life. I had previously downloaded the WIC program. I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a shot. I ordered a key, installed it, and had to play around a little bit, but finally got the all clear. Could not be happier. Highly, highly, highly recommend it.
