My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! A stressed week with Epson-ET-2800... It worked perfectly. As I have the same problem again, I will definitely buy from them.

I just bought five keys and used the first one. It magically worked. Epson XP-422 is back to life. I also took advantage to clean the waste box. This is also important :-)

Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us.
