Even though I hadn't been able to disable the process monitor thing that it says do first, the reset program still worked instantly when I ran it on an Epson XP-540. If there is one thing that gets my goat in terms of being so unethical both a rip-off financially and environmentally unsustainable, its the way printer companies rip us off. So am super grateful to have found a way round this. For a much more reasonable price than the printer shop told us, and something I could do at home when I needed the printer urgently for work! Then I decided to check youtube to see if anything could be done other than taking it in. That's when I found WIC.
This process was so easy, I cancelled my order for a new printer and fixed this on in less than an hour. I ordered new pads and entered the code to reset.

I already sent an email to support with the order number with the problem, they told me that everything was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and I still don't have the key.

On your word and based on testimonials I purchased they reset key. Worked perfect up until this point and even ran it through multiple head cleanings.
Artisan 710 running again and saved a lot of money.

I don't even know the current exchange rate but proceeded thinking nothing will come of this ....
Within minutes I was sent the RESET CODE along with the RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT !
