Amazing Support, This is what happened, I had to think for more than 4 hours about the purchase and program authenticity. Finally decided to gamble, Registration 1 min Payment instant Call Back in 1 min Mail with key check 2 min Input key in WIC and reset 1 min VOILLA!!! Printer was ALIVE..Again.... Was an amazing purchase. P.S. I do not post reviews for any purchases made unless they are a real pain in the ..., or unless the product is amazing.

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. I found the problem, why the reset diidnt work. it was in depending of the epson status monitor. I was going to the task manager and stopped the status monitor. The problem was \\\"The printer statut manager\\\" After stopping status monitor, the reset was work probably. Thanks

11-14-2025 - I JUST USED THE DOWNLOADED UTLITY PROGRAM AND BOUGHT THEIR $9.99 CODE FOR PURPOSE OF RESETTING THE INK WASTE COUNTER BULLSHIT ( EPSON ET-4550 SEVERAL YEARS OLD ) WHICH I NEVER HEARD OF UNTIL LAST WEEK WHEN THE PRINTER WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT TELL ME TO CONTACT EPSON. LOL- NOPE - CHAT GTP GAVE ME THE INFO FROM HERE, USED IT AND WORKED - TOOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES - ( I HOWEVER - DIDNT ACTUALLY CLEAN OR EMPTY THE INK WASTE OR WHATEVER - IM HOPING FOR THE BEST, ASSUMING ITS OLD ENOUGH THAT IT HAS DRYED ON ITS OWN. - THIS PART ISNT RECCOMENDED TO MY UNDERSTANDING - BUT ILL FIND OUT I SUPPOSE) BUT LONG STORY SHORT - EAST TO USE DOWNLOADED UTILITY, AND RESET KEY FOR 10 BUCKS WORKED - ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR LESS PROCESS. Thank You. I had just bought a new printer and Epson asked to update the firmware...unfortunately in the middle of the update my power shut off. I thought for sure I had deep sixed my brand new device. Even on the Epson website I could not find a manual firmware recover for my printer and OS version...others printers yes, but not this one. I found you website and thought I'd give it a try. Horray, My printer is back working again. While I am not happy to have to pay someone else for something that Epson should have given for free, your price was with-in reason and your software was easy to use.
