At first I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and have to spend a lot of time fixing my issue. It was actually the complete opposite, it was very cheap/affordable and super easy to do. They give you all the steps and explain everything very clearly. do not waste your time with dealing with Epson. This was definitely the best decision to make. Will be back when I need to reset my printer again! Thank you 2manuals.com!!!!! To bad there isnt an AMAZING rating!!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for info that I found on your website in this manual I thought my printer was dead in the water and your info bailed me out. You saved me a trip to a repair shop and no telling how much $$!

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\" Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer. After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks for the WIC program!

my canon pixma ts9540 has not pick picking paper properly again since i reset the ink counter. pls help. this is the second printer of the same model it happened to exactly like that. it is this second printer that made me realise it is immediately after the ink counter reset that my printer stop picking paper itself. it just continue jamming. unless i feed it manually deep in the process of picking the papers. kindly help pls. sobddinn@gmail.com is my mail. thanks

Printers Waste ink counters doesn't have any relation to paper feed process. Please clean all paper feed rollers
