Much easier then I had expected. Downloaded the program, purchased the key, switch off and on the printer and that was it! The printer works again.

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Wow, this software really works! I was very reluctant to purchase the reset key, but after taking a few minutes to read all of the instructions and figuring out how to prepare the printer and computer...it was a breeze. Thank you for saving my printer!

I have 2 printers Artisan 810 and DX4450 and the WIC utility worked perfect. I got 2 reset keys and have resetted both printers waste ink counter. Thats great and easy! Thank you.

I have an epson artisan 800. I tried using the epson waste ink counter reset tool, but it was worthless. I used the 2manual reset utility and it worked perfect, resetting the counters to zero. It was so easy to complete.
