Your printers are pieces of shit, I'm sure that HP will be happy to know they have even more customers. The firmware is a piece of shit, the software isn't good either. And as for the support team, well lets just say that their not even worth anything, as any complications I have had(and others) haven't had any help from them. So you can thank yourselves for the loss, and give a big round of applause to any companies your in competition with.

Erittäin hieno asia kun saa tälläisiä nollaus avaimia edullisesti. Paikallinen huolto ilmoitti että tulostin on romua kun mustetyyny tulee täyteen ja tulostin lopettaa toimintansa. Tutkin hieman internetin tietoja ja löysin tämän sivusaton sekä youtube videon. Homma hoitui ja tulostin tulostaa taas. Kiitos paljon!

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Printer EP-806AW I bought a clear key because there is a limit on waste ink. It was very helpful because I was able to solve it safely.　Thank you very much.　（JAPAN　2020/11/07）
