I didn't go to the AS center and immediately solved it at home, and I'm using tissue to absorb lung ink! It wasn't a waste of money at all! Thanks a lot!

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Aun que puede parecer mentira es 1000000000 VERDADERO, aprovecha y compra mas de 1 clave por que si funcona y claro no olviden cambiar las almohadillas porque su impresora funcionara pero empezara a chorrear tinta.MUCHAS GRACIAS.

Printer is now fixed and working fine. Thank you very much for your help. (I have already \"recommended \" your site to a friend who was having a problem with his printer. Further if (when) I have a problem with any of my other printers, (Canon S600 and Cannon i560), if a manual is needed, I will revisit.
