I downloaded Epson's maintenance utility and couldn't get it to work. Found the WIC Reset Utility and it worked like a charm! Will buy the full reset key when I get my kit.

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. Paid for Epson Stylus Color 900 service program and afterwards tried to download program from link. Link would only download a HTML file, and not an executable. Left a message from 2manuals to assist me. This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable? ============= Just checked - it works fine. Maybe there were server problem at that moment. You have been sent direct link. John.

Changed the waste ink pads with the new ones and used WicReset for reseting waste counter on Epson L382. Received the key without any delay, right after placing the order and paying for it. Worked perfectly. Counter became 0,00%. Great utility!
