  I have an epson artisan 710 and using the wic reset couldnt have been easier. I received the reset key almost instantaniously via email and even an idiot could have been able to use it.   Very simple to perform on my Epson ET 2760. I received the ink pad reached its end-of-life error message on my printer. I replaced the Maintenace box and then used the reset key I purchased, and it seems to have fixed the issue.
