  I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. Since I am running Windows 8.1 I was afraid that it might not work too well. I was WRONG!! Happily it works GREAT on Windows 8.1! I\'m a happy camper!! Just thought I should let you know!! Best regards, sundar

  Thank you for all your help. I got my printer printing again. I had trouble with my OS as I have Linux but it worked fine on my mac. Thanks again

  Great product. did the trick which always helps. I did watch your video on how you did it just incase i was doing it wrong and found that the video utility didnt look the same as the utility i used ie no Check button so was a bit unsure to start with. But the product is pretty much idiot proof.
