  Having used Epson "reset" utility once, with success on my XP 830, it allowed me a bit more printing time until it just stopped cold. Research found this site. My download from 2manuals was easy as was the entire process and my printer is working once again, no thanks to Epson. I removed the ink pad chamber and replaced the saturated pads with some of my wife's cotton make up pads...Ha ! We'll see how long that lasts. Very similar material. Cheers and thanks for a good product !!

  I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again.   I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. and then made the purchase of the KEY. It worked perfectly. Do I need to get new pads? Install a waste bottle? or do nothing for 4 more years?
