download easy wonderfull tutorial videos connection via usb cable first try with "trial" -_ excellent final try with bought key will never buy an epson again...

Paid for Epson Stylus Color 900 service program and afterwards tried to download program from link. Link would only download a HTML file, and not an executable. Left a message from 2manuals to assist me. This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable? ============= Just checked - it works fine. Maybe there were server problem at that moment. You have been sent direct link. John.

Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us. Absolutely fantastic. I got the error message and removed the ink pads ans washed them, don't think I got all the ink out though! Then I used this program as a 'trial' and it worked wonderfully, Printing all OK again and I thought I would need to buy a new printer. When it happens again, I will purchase new pads and a reset key - has to be cheaper than a visit to a repair shop or a new printer. Thank you so much
