I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! Holy crap this is a lifesaver / money saver / mental breakdown saver and just an amazing product. I was on the verge or completing my order for a new printer when I came across this site. Why spend $200. for a new printer when $10. can breathe new life into my old Epson Artisan 835 with CISS. I'm good to go now, just have to get a waste ink system installed and I'm back in business. Thanks.
