i bought my reset key today from this company,they made it very easy to do and very simple and quick to reset my Epson printer.I personally think they are great!!!!!

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Was very sceptical about the whole process - but one word sums it up - "BRILLIANT" No hesitation in recommending the WIC reset utility process.

Sure wish your live support was online. I could understand it being down on New Year's Eve, but not today. I sent an email to this effect also, but no reply. The reset key worked, thanks. For just half a day, however. Not what I expected for $9.99. Please advise.
