Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. Since I am running Windows 8.1 I was afraid that it might not work too well. I was WRONG!! Happily it works GREAT on Windows 8.1! I\'m a happy camper!! Just thought I should let you know!! Best regards, sundar

XP322 ran out of copies and froze up. I read up that it was an Epson device to sell more printers but discovered your site just before treating it to a display of bad temper. The 20% of extra time will make the replacement question easier and i can use my stock of ink up on this 4 year old printer. I may even use your services to zero life the counter as it isn't a bad device really. Thank you so much.

Nevermind. Did more research and to resolve the error, aside the firmware downgrade, I removed the ink, unplugged the printer, turned the printer back on, and placed the Ink's in individually pressing done after each ink. Doing this I was able to get it back up and running again. Thanks!
