I have a Epson TX700w printer I contacted epson in Australia for a fix for full ink pads. They were about as much help as an ash tray on a harley. I pulled the pads out joined a hose to the ink drain hose drilled a small hole in the case put the hose through to a bottle on the out side ink pad problem solved. Downloaded the WIC Reset Programe Reset counter job done. The printer is working like a new one. I will never buy another Epson product again. A big thankyou to the Wic Programe you have saved me a lot of money. Bill.

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. My Epson 1400 got the end of life message and I had already reset it once before so I couldn't use the Epson site to reset it. I remembered this site from years ago and purchased the utility reset and it worked like a charm. Only wish I had not spent $400 on a new printer before remembering your site. Anyways I just did a live video showing that this really works on my youtube channel. More people need to know about this remedy!

This is like Magic!! I decided to leave a positive review because it saved me so much time and heartache. I needed to finish a lastminute order and of course that's when my printer decided that my ink pad was full. I was panicking cuz I only had a couple hours to complete the order. I took a deep breath read and followed all the instructions from here and within five minutes my printer was printing again!! Thank you!! Will definitely come back when/if it happens again!
