will never buy an epson again... | | | angga sri | 2006-11-28 06:47:39 | | be epson maniac. because epson is the best. and all my product always use epson. Thank you! | | | Mary-Ann Prinsloo | 2022-07-19 12:17:16 | Good day.
I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks. | | | mauro albanese | 2020-10-22 13:26:46 | | Just over a week ago, I figured I was going to be in the market for a new printer. When the error message came up on my Epson XP-610 stating that "Parts inside the printer are at the end of their useful life" I initially was quite disappointed. However, after a quick Google search for that phrase, I came across the OctoInkjet website. After a little further research, I decided to give the trial waste ink counter reset code a shot - after all, what did I have to lose - and, somewhat to my surprise, it worked! Knowing that I then needed to purchase a new set of ink pads and a reset key to fully resolve my printer issues, I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of purchasing both of these items together. I then placed my order, but knowing that the product was coming from overseas (I'm in the USA), I figured it would be a minimum of at least a few weeks before my printer pads arrived. But, lo and behold, the pads arrived on my doorstep in just over a week! I was thrilled and so I quickly replaced the pads in my printer with the new set (which, by the way, were a perfect fit and the instructions provided were excellent), ran the counter reset program applying the reset code I had purchased, and everything worked flawlessly! So now it feels like I have a brand new printer (although it's probably about 5 years old) and I can continue to purchase inexpensive third party ink cartridges (which I have always done), continuing to save me money for years to come. Thank you OctoInkjet!!! I will certainly be telling others to check out your product. P.S. - I seldom write product reviews so this shows how impressed I am with this product. I particularly love it when a solution is provided that overcomes "planned obsolescence" by the manufacturer. | | | Mark LAYPORT | 2025-11-29 04:21:41 | | OK Im here because Youtube directed me here to fix my Epson ET-2803 printer! I've downloaded your APP and tried to use it! ...There are a number of problems!!! ...First off, couldn't you find any smaller text!!?? Trying to read and follow your directs is near impossible!
Next up, your directions aren't very clear! You direct me to turn on my printer then to turn it off. And as I try to move forward I click on your direction and NOTHING happens, until the command times out. BUT IF I turn off my printer again (un-directed by you) the command tried to go through. UNTIL I get more directions to turn on my printer and not turn it off again. I've seen a line at the bottom of the screen there a line of text floats through saying that the computer has been reset per the Youtube site I'm supposed to get a congratulations of a successful at the finish, I never get that, because my last command (theoretically) never goes through, again just sitting there until it times out again.
IF your really trying to "help" people PLEASE fix you site! Because nothing seems to work correctly, I'm hesitant to buy any keys from you.
...Sincerly, Mark L | | | Frank Topping | 2011-02-24 20:39:33 | | I'm not going to lie I was very dubious, but the proof is in the pudding it does work and I'm a happy bunny. My printer is the Epson Photo PX810FW one of the newer models so feel confident in using this system. | |
