my canon pixma ts9540 has not pick picking paper properly again since i reset the ink counter. pls help. this is the second printer of the same model it happened to exactly like that. it is this second printer that made me realise it is immediately after the ink counter reset that my printer stop picking paper itself. it just continue jamming. unless i feed it manually deep in the process of picking the papers. kindly help pls. sobddinn@gmail.com is my mail. thanks

Printers Waste ink counters doesn't have any relation to paper feed process. Please clean all paper feed rollers

Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us. Hello, I've been ripped off like thousands and millions of others, no doubt? I bought a key for Epson XP-2100 without a chip, but it's not clear what to do. I didn't receive any instructions, and the ones on your website contradict each other! I tried to update the firmware, waited a long time, and finally realised that the firmware wasn't updated! What use is the key I bought? And why am I being asked to reset the counter to zero when I want a printer without a chip? What is the wicreset.exe software for? It doesn't do anything, not even generate a report to find out the firmware number... Licensed to : ALEX ANDREOLI
