In awe of you, that you could produce, make, create this reset program so that even I, 78 yrs. old, mostly blind and not much of a computer geek, could do it! thank you for the free trial!! I think the printer companies should give low income customers the reset key free!! It took me a few tries to get this to work, but was successful. You saved my day!!
