Hi-If you knew how technically challenged I am you\'d get a good laugh but I print lots of stuff for family history and you have saved me and my printer twice now. Thanks for the help! It works like a charm even though I had no idea what I was doing.

The Epson Artisan 800FW Adjustment Program works great. Once downloaded it took me less than a minute to reset the printer. This is a very intuitive and easy to use software. I am a happy camper now. Thanks again

Apart from the first key that I bought that did not arrive, the next 2 keys I bought arrived (I've only used one so far) so I'll save the other one for next time. Thanks very much for your help. Shelley Hamilton.

Printer is now fixed and working fine. Thank you very much for your help. (I have already \"recommended \" your site to a friend who was having a problem with his printer. Further if (when) I have a problem with any of my other printers, (Canon S600 and Cannon i560), if a manual is needed, I will revisit.
