Hello! We tried in our company and it worked great the resetter for 1430w. We are interested in acquiring more resetters but we want to know if we pass the link email expired or have some time on line to be used without the expiry of the same. We welcome information shortly. We are very interested.

Was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!! Please note that you DO need to redirect the waste ink or replace the waste ink pads or you may risk dealing with an over-spilled printer. A wise investment into this program. Thank you.

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. I always bought the key and it arrived correctly, but unfortunately in my last 3 purchases, the key did not arrive. I already sent an email to support with the order number with the problem, they told me that everything was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and I still don't have the key. very bad and slow customer support, it took almost 2 days for useless response.
