Thanks for the program and manual. I was able to revive a 2 year old 4900. I had 100% blockage in 8 of the 11 heads, and over 50% blockage in the last three.... I ran the ink charge with cleaning fluid. Now I have 100% of the nozzle check pattern on ALL of the heads. I was blown away. I thought for sure I was going to pay for a new head. So, thank you. I also have a an older Epson Stylus Pro 4000. It has been sitting a while and the heads are dried up. Do you have the same program and manual for this printer? I would like to try to revive it as well. If you do could you just send me a link? Thanks again

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Having changed the ink pads in my Epson XP-342 I didn't expect to get an error message telling me I had to have a service by Epson! Found this site highly recommended for resetting this message so went on and downloaded the WIC Reset Key and sure enough my printer reloaded and I was able to use my printer again as I desperately needed to print some paperwork out. Thank you 2manuals.com. Excellent service.

I downloaded Epson's maintenance utility and couldn't get it to work. Found the WIC Reset Utility and it worked like a charm! Will buy the full reset key when I get my kit.
