I was a bit too quick to get going and installed the key into the wrong printer; hence I had to purchase another key! Anyway, the second one worked a treat and I thank you for your efforts, even if it did cost me $19.98! Raymondo

Wow, this software really works! I was very reluctant to purchase the reset key, but after taking a few minutes to read all of the instructions and figuring out how to prepare the printer and computer...it was a breeze. Thank you for saving my printer!

Foarte multumit, am cumparat on-line in 22 decembrie 2016 - codul (Key) - a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou. Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. Having changed the ink pads in my Epson XP-342 I didn't expect to get an error message telling me I had to have a service by Epson! Found this site highly recommended for resetting this message so went on and downloaded the WIC Reset Key and sure enough my printer reloaded and I was able to use my printer again as I desperately needed to print some paperwork out.
