Quick and easy. i have an XP600 and Artisan 725 that were showing the 'waste inkpad error'. I bough 2 keys and solved a 2 week headache in 10 minutes.

Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. All I can say is THANK YOU!! Thank you for allowing me to roll back (downgrade) my Epson XP-410 printer\'s firmware with ease!! A couple of clicks, and I was downgraded. This allowed me to use non-oem cartridges that would not work no matter what I tried with current firmware (Epson updated firmware just to battle the use of non-oem cartridges). The money spent will be saved with the very first refill of these refillable cartridges I bought. I was skeptical, but it really was THAT easy! Winning the battle against Epson!! First time I\'ve ever paid for a \"hack\", well worth it!

Ace. I downloaded the programme which told me that one waste ink was at 65 % and the other was at 100% This told me that the programme was communicating with the printer (Another utility I tried would not even talk to the printer.) This gave me confidence to buy the key to activate the reset. It worked in seconds and my now perfectly functioning A3+ printer is no longer a pile of scrap. If only Epson UK were this good!!!
