Your printers are pieces of shit, I'm sure that HP will be happy to know they have even more customers. The firmware is a piece of shit, the software isn't good either. And as for the support team, well lets just say that their not even worth anything, as any complications I have had(and others) haven't had any help from them. So you can thank yourselves for the loss, and give a big round of applause to any companies your in competition with.

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! I have just downloaded the adjustment program for epson tx800fw it took 2 minutes to reset the printer and it is back up and running. You guys are the best Thank you.

I have a new Epson XP-102 and stopped printing with the error! Fantastic and very easy! WIC reset Utility does exactly as it says!!! Buy the key, and after few minutes the counter was reset! The best $9.99 I have ever spent This program saved me a lot of time and money! Thank you!
