Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us. Wow, this software really works! I was very reluctant to purchase the reset key, but after taking a few minutes to read all of the instructions and figuring out how to prepare the printer and computer...it was a breeze. Thank you for saving my printer!

thank you so much 2manuals for the reset key and assistance, i'm a baby boomer but i found it easy to do and am so glad i saved a printer, first time i have ever done this and hey i did it, thanks heaps.

Thanks for the program and manual. I was able to revive a 2 year old 4900. I had 100% blockage in 8 of the 11 heads, and over 50% blockage in the last three.... I ran the ink charge with cleaning fluid. Now I have 100% of the nozzle check pattern on ALL of the heads. I was blown away. I thought for sure I was going to pay for a new head. So, thank you. I also have a an older Epson Stylus Pro 4000. It has been sitting a while and the heads are dried up. Do you have the same program and manual for this printer? I would like to try to revive it as well. If you do could you just send me a link? Thanks again

Hi-If you knew how technically challenged I am you\'d get a good laugh but I print lots of stuff for family history and you have saved me and my printer twice now. Thanks for the help! It works like a charm even though I had no idea what I was doing.
