Great things! I had some problems with my Epson 2100. The printer stopped to work. However, when I read the manual it was possible for me to disable the indicator of the problem and now the printer works well again. The service program is also a great think! Thanks.

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. Since I am running Windows 8.1 I was afraid that it might not work too well. I was WRONG!! Happily it works GREAT on Windows 8.1! I\'m a happy camper!! Just thought I should let you know!! Best regards, sundar
