BRILLIANT My Epson T11 stopped working with the ominous 2 lights flashing so I knew it was trouble and yes teh dreaded message came up about internal parts reaching the end of their servicabel life take it to (an expensive) service. Oh dear - A Google search brought up all sorts of so called download links for free re-set software but all of them didn't download the software but kept taking me to weird web sites. I was in despair of finding somethign that worked then came across 2manuals.com. I thought at first oh dear theres a cost involved. However I though well if it does work it will be worth it. Downloaded the software, plus updates, ordered the re-set key and hey presto a few seconds later the printer was up and going again. It was was every penny of the cost. Dont waste time trying to find so-called free solutions - total waste of time and so frustrating. Pay out for this and save the time and frustration AND it works! No fuss, no messign about no time wasting getting to dubious web site. A big THANK YOU I can highlym unreservedly reccomend this compnay for sorted out knotty printer problems

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. OK Im here because Youtube directed me here to fix my Epson ET-2803 printer! I've downloaded your APP and tried to use it! ...There are a number of problems!!! ...First off, couldn't you find any smaller text!!?? Trying to read and follow your directs is near impossible! Next up, your directions aren't very clear! You direct me to turn on my printer then to turn it off. And as I try to move forward I click on your direction and NOTHING happens, until the command times out. BUT IF I turn off my printer again (un-directed by you) the command tried to go through. UNTIL I get more directions to turn on my printer and not turn it off again. I've seen a line at the bottom of the screen there a line of text floats through saying that the computer has been reset per the Youtube site I'm supposed to get a congratulations of a successful at the finish, I never get that, because my last command (theoretically) never goes through, again just sitting there until it times out again. IF your really trying to "help" people PLEASE fix you site! Because nothing seems to work correctly, I'm hesitant to buy any keys from you. ...Sincerly, Mark L

The reset utility works great for my Artisan 700. Thank you SO SO SO much for making this available for Mac. You can\'t imagine how much hassle you\'ve saved me - trying to get a Windows machine to run a reset utility on... Excellent service altogether. Many thanks from Ireland!
