This Service Manual and Parts Catalog describes basic functions, theory of electrical and mechanical operations, maintenance and repair procedures of the printer.

This manual consists of 6 chapters and Appendix.

Thank you so much for the reset. I was able to clean my ink pads, and then using your reset utility, reset my printer and now it works perfectly! So much better than buying a new printer!

I was at 94 percent and got a warning from my printer that my ink pads were close to the end of their service life. After doing some research with Epson and some other stores I got the impression they just wanted you to trade it in on a new printer. This website was linked by a few different blogs and turned out to be the best alternative to keeping a fairly decent printer for a while longer. Thank you.

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful.
