I have an epson artisan 710 and using the wic reset couldnt have been easier. I received the reset key almost instantaniously via email and even an idiot could have been able to use it. Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. Thanks for your advice. I had the printer Epson Pro 4900 attached to the network. Once I used the USB connection everything worked great. There were 2 ink channels that I could not clean. After poking around the internet I found discussion of air in the lines. Did an initial charge and now things are working perfectly. Thanks for a great product and tech support. Regards, Morris Gven
