Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. Nevermind. Did more research and to resolve the error, aside the firmware downgrade, I removed the ink, unplugged the printer, turned the printer back on, and placed the Ink's in individually pressing done after each ink. Doing this I was able to get it back up and running again. Thanks!
