Great things! I had some problems with my Epson 2100. The printer stopped to work. However, when I read the manual it was possible for me to disable the indicator of the problem and now the printer works well again. The service program is also a great think! Thanks.

I own an Epson Artisan 700- Prior to buying it I never heard of the issue with the waste ink counter and epson's built in error codes that render the printer useless after reaching a certain print count. I like a lot of you searched for fixes online. I happened upon (2manuals.com) by way of youtube. I was very reluctant about using this but I also didn't have many other alternatives short of giving in to Epson and their repair method and cost or the purchase of another printer. I am very pleased that I went this route because my printer is up and going (printing) like it should be. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks, Tim P.

Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us. Before unzipping the downloaded file, please disable the antivirus software. The tool works great for me. The Canon G1010 is a great inkjet, and this tool make it live again.

Many thanks. Your reset application allowed me to reset my Epson XP-830 to let me get a few more prints while I wait for my new printer to arrive. Great!!!
