I was tearing my hair out trying to get a solution for my Epson R265. Other solutions didn't work and were not compatible with Vista Home Basic. The WIC Reset Utility worked like a charm! In just a few moments - I'm off to buy a waste ink device so I can get a lot more service from my machine.

i purchase a waste ink pad reset key .but reset key is not working properly.and i pay the full payment. but product key is expired so please give me a new product key which is working properly. and i request to you that you must give the genuine key . which is that costumer will satisfied in first time. please give me a quick response. thank you. ============Answer:============ You Reset Key is NOT used yet!!! I have used this ink pad reset utility MANY times on my Epson 1430. Works great! Highly recommend!!

I downloaded Epson's maintenance utility and couldn't get it to work. Found the WIC Reset Utility and it worked like a charm! Will buy the full reset key when I get my kit.

I was a bit too quick to get going and installed the key into the wrong printer; hence I had to purchase another key! Anyway, the second one worked a treat and I thank you for your efforts, even if it did cost me $19.98! Raymondo

Ce logiciel a le mérite de fonctionner en WiFi. On n'a donc pas besoin du câble USB. Pour 8.54 € (9.99 $) j'ai facilement réinitialiser les compteurs de mon Epson XP-610 qui était bloquée. This software has the advantage of working over Wi-Fi, so you don't need a USB cable. For €8.54 ($9.99), I easily reset the counters on my Epson XP-610, which had frozen.
