It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. I must admit I was very skeptical about all this !!! And above all - There we go, they want the Credit Card details !!! I don't even know the current exchange rate but proceeded thinking nothing will come of this .... Within minutes I was sent the RESET CODE along with the RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT ! Epson stylus DX7400 stopped working with E light. Reset using free trial key and now works again. Thank you.

WIC reset program deserve a big LIKE. It is one of the most useful printing tools.

Worked hassle free with my Epson XP-55 . I am very thankful that you provide the SW tool also for Linux as I have gone Microsoft-free at home. It's cool that you provide a trial license to check out, whether the counter reset works in your setup (I admit I was sceptical). It worked for me and I immediatly ordered the full license. The good thing is: as it is pure SW, it works also on weekends, when you need to print urgently and that stupid printer decided to not let you print any more!
