Much easier then I had expected. Downloaded the program, purchased the key, switch off and on the printer and that was it! The printer works again.

I was tearing my hair out trying to get a solution for my Epson R265. Other solutions didn't work and were not compatible with Vista Home Basic. The WIC Reset Utility worked like a charm! In just a few moments - I'm off to buy a waste ink device so I can get a lot more service from my machine.

I just bought a reset key, everything works perfectly on a Epson XP 520. Just one thing, one key for several reset will be better. Thank you for your job.
