My Artisan 837 just tried to hose me with the waste ink pad error. The printer was working just fine then bam. I bit the bullet and bought this utility and it worked GREAT. Reset the ink pad error and all is well. Best $10 I've spent in a LONG time. Epson deliberately tried to end the printer life for NO REASON... cept to sell more printers. Do NOT let them get away with it. I'm sure eventually this thing will start printing poorly and THEN I'll buy another one....but until then Epson can....... etc..etc.

I have order it but it can not work for reset wast ink pad. When release a new it too sad to order with 19.99$ with nothing can do.

This printer model has separate Waste Ink Maintenance Box with its own IC chip.
You can replace Waste Ink Maintenance Box or reset the chip on the Waste Ink Maintenance Box.
This information is clearly stated in program description at our site.

Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. The printer\'s ink pads are at the end of their service life. The program worked perfect.
