The Xerox Docu Color DC12 Service Manual is the primary document used for repairing and troubleshooting.

WARNING!!!
This Installation is for Windows 95/98/Me ONLY!
1. Launch ODOCDEV.EXE.
2. Replace C:/XEROX/ODOC/DATA/BOOKS.INI on your PC to BOOKS.INI from downloaded folder.
3. Rename letter of CD-ROM drive in BOOKS.INI if necessery (default D:).
4. Launch C:/XEROX/ODOC/BIN/BROWSER.EXE and choose Xerox DC12 manual.

Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.

Paid for Epson Stylus Color 900 service program and afterwards tried to download program from link. Link would only download a HTML file, and not an executable. Left a message from 2manuals to assist me. This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable? ============= Just checked - it works fine. Maybe there were server problem at that moment. You have been sent direct link. John.

Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! GOOD is not enough of a rating for your Firm - GREAT is much better *****10/10***** Much appreciate your service :), Ivor.
