I was a bit too quick to get going and installed the key into the wrong printer; hence I had to purchase another key! Anyway, the second one worked a treat and I thank you for your efforts, even if it did cost me $19.98! Raymondo

This little app is a life saver. Got up at 6 am this morning as I needed to print out some important documents for later today, only to find that all the lights were flashing on my printer. A quick search on the web pointed me to this site and the app informed me that my ink pad was full. A few clicks later and my printer is like new again. Many thanks.

Hi John, I just want to thank you so much for the reset key and software.  I paid you $9.99 to get those lights to stop flashing and it the software worked in a matter of minutes!  I really appreciate your service, without it I would have to buy a new printer (which I don't want to do right now!). Works slick...and why shouldn't they make some $$ for their key and Utility? I appreciate not having to send the printer to Tech support or buy a new one like Epson suggests- when it was a piece of cake to do myself.

Great tool, disabled the ink cartridges and now the printer shows full ink even with no cartridges installed. Thank you!!! My printer is FREE!
