You can run this program under Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 in compatibility mode. It is easy!

Lets get to know how to set it up.

To configure the compatibility mode for an application, just locate the installation directory and right click on the .exe file (program you want to run), selecting Properties from the menu.

Select the Compatibility tab:

Windows 7 compatibility mode

You can choose to run the program in Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows XP compatibility mode.

FOR THIS PROGRAM please use the WINDOWS XP compatibility mode!!!

Download the program and run in compatibility mode!

I spent 4 hours trying to get my r340 to work then l I used your program to reset the protection counter. I have just printed 5 pages and 4 disks. Slightly cryptic instructions but it worked perfectly. it took me all of 5 minutes.

my canon pixma ts9540 has not pick picking paper properly again since i reset the ink counter. pls help. this is the second printer of the same model it happened to exactly like that. it is this second printer that made me realise it is immediately after the ink counter reset that my printer stop picking paper itself. it just continue jamming. unless i feed it manually deep in the process of picking the papers. kindly help pls. sobddinn@gmail.com is my mail. thanks

Printers Waste ink counters doesn't have any relation to paper feed process. Please clean all paper feed rollers

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! I am very, very grateful that this helped me in resetting the school printer. it is very hassle (avoiding corona virus spread) in my part to carry the printer from my place transporting via boat to the city (travelling for at least an hour by the sea) but with your help it solved my problem we can now continue the printing of the modules and self learning materials of the children since the classes will start on October 5. good job!
