  My Epson XP-800 max'd out on counters and died on me. Screen of death with printer disabled by manufacturers internal firmware. Researched the web and found these guys. The reset process and key purchase was easy to follow and after a few registration steps and a simple paypal transaction the reset key arrived, was entered and the printer was back working again.   Worked perfectly on my Epson XP-950. The "Trial" option made it possible for me to verify that the software works as expected before I purchased a key. Having just purchased a key, I successfully reset the waste counters to zero. I also bought the new wastepads from OctoInk.co.uk. Great software which saved me a lot of money, thank you.

  Looks ok, working fine, save a lot of time in my case, finding a bad sensor in 15 minutes, but can not read counter information`s. Only can reset.
