Hi John, I just want to thank you so much for the reset key and software. I paid you $9.99 to get those lights to stop flashing and it the software worked in a matter of minutes! At first I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and have to spend a lot of time fixing my issue. It was actually the complete opposite, it was very cheap/affordable and super easy to do. They give you all the steps and explain everything very clearly. do not waste your time with dealing with Epson. This was definitely the best decision to make. Will be back when I need to reset my printer again! Thank you 2manuals.com!!!!! To bad there isnt an AMAZING rating!!

The Epson PP-100 should be supported (it is in your list), but in the WIC Reset Utility v.5.0.40 program the printer is not supported in the 'Control' button. What am I doing wrong ?

Hello! I tried several times to reset the WasteInkIndicator on our ET-2720 without succsess !! Can you help us? It's connected via USB - no succsess Connected via W-Lan - no succsess thx in advance NG Markus

Great things! I had some problems with my Epson 2100. The printer stopped to work. However, when I read the manual it was possible for me to disable the indicator of the problem and now the printer works well again. The service program is also a great think! Thanks.
