LOL- NOPE - CHAT GTP GAVE ME THE INFO FROM HERE, USED IT AND WORKED - TOOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES - ( I HOWEVER - DIDNT ACTUALLY CLEAN OR EMPTY THE INK WASTE OR WHATEVER - IM HOPING FOR THE BEST, ASSUMING ITS OLD ENOUGH THAT IT HAS DRYED ON ITS OWN. - THIS PART ISNT RECCOMENDED TO MY UNDERSTANDING - BUT ILL FIND OUT I SUPPOSE) BUT LONG STORY SHORT - EAST TO USE DOWNLOADED UTILITY, AND RESET KEY FOR 10 BUCKS WORKED - ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR LESS PROCESS.   I found the problem, why the reset diidnt work. it was in depending of the epson status monitor. I was going to the task manager and stopped the status monitor. The problem was \\\"The printer statut manager\\\" After stopping status monitor, the reset was work probably. Thanks

  Sure wish your live support was online. I could understand it being down on New Year's Eve, but not today. I sent an email to this effect also, but no reply. The reset key worked, thanks. For just half a day, however. Not what I expected for $9.99. Please advise.
