Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.

its great it saves a lot of money to be spent in vain i tried from various service centres, but nobody guided me properly by using ur software and reset key, it takes hardly 5 minutes to complete all the procedure thanks a lot

The manual gave me just the info that I need to repair the PF clutch. Now I can put it back together.
