Thank you so much for the reset. I was able to clean my ink pads, and then using your reset utility, reset my printer and now it works perfectly! So much better than buying a new printer!

Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. I ordered from you the service manual for my R2880 printer which showed me that I needed the adjustment program which I also ordered and now my printer operates correctly again!!! Thanks

Thanks for your advice. I had the printer Epson Pro 4900 attached to the network. Once I used the USB connection everything worked great. There were 2 ink channels that I could not clean. After poking around the internet I found discussion of air in the lines. Did an initial charge and now things are working perfectly. Thanks for a great product and tech support. Regards, Morris Gven
